Global expansion experts love eteeController

Demonstrating the future of VR control to business and technology leaders at the Centuro Global Expansion Conference

Some of the world’s leading global expansion experts had their first play with eteeController at a recent event.

Our revolutionary VR controller was unveiled to a packed house at the Centuro Global Expansion Conference in London in May. Attendees from global brands such as Rolls-Royce, Arsenal FC and WPP, as well as technology pioneers and investors, were at the conference to discuss how organisations can best position themselves to scale-up globally. Hot topics including talent recruitment, AI ethics, the metaverse, and expanding across borders were explored over two days of panel discussions and networking.

The conference finale saw several pioneering tech scale-ups – including TG0 – showcase their products and services to the attendees. TG0 was invited to demonstrate eteeController after show organisers were impressed by the novel nature of the device, which uses patented and advanced finger tracking technology rather than buttons to create a more immersive user experience.

TG0’s Lead Software Engineer Pilar Zhang Qiu said: “We got an incredible reaction at the event, with many people asking to experience etee both before and after our on-stage demonstration.

“Feedback included excitement about the full range of applications of eteeController, including medical and educational training. Plus there was a lot of interest in its open source nature, which gives companies great flexibility to innovate both inside and outside of VR. We also fielded questions about our research projects and the wider etee product range.”

Our Head of Strategic Partnerships Sam Pilkington and our Brand Coordinator Wai Yan Min, who both joined Pilar at the event, said: “We love face-to-face interactions, and seeing the reaction when people pick up eteeController for the first time.

“It was great to share our story on stage, where we touched on how etee is already unlocking possibilities in medical research around social anxiety and rehabilitation care, and for digital twins in industrial applications.”
